Marathon Update

I just had a Marathon client reschedule for a full session. This means I have a marathon spot available and I still have a $50 session credit up for grabs and it will go to the next person to book a session. Have you ever considered a couples shoot? Maybe you should…

Last Saturday we broke in the new San Jose studio space with a hot and sexy couple session. They were so much fun and very playful. In fact we probably could have shot all night! Yes, we really were having that much fun, and the ideas just kept coming. I’m excited to show some sneak peeks but cannot share all the steamy images until this amazing duo gets a chance to view their session. However, here’s a little teaser on how the session started…

There was so much heat between these two my lens was fogging up. 😉

A few weeks ago I came across a contest being held by Photographic Backdrop.com.  You could enter up to three boudoir images for your chance to be one of three winners of a Retro backdrop. How could I pass that up? Well, I couldn’t and quite frankly you don’t get very far in life without trying new things and taking chances. Besides, what did I have to lose? I have to say that my day was made Tuesday morning when I saw that one of my images was chosen as one of the three winners!

Tonight I’ll be at the studio with the hubs putting together all we can before tomorrows couples shoot. I am so excited to work with this couple! The best part- I get to share the images so watch for some steamy pictures next week.

I still have ONE available spot left for the October 22nd Marathon shoot. So if you were wanting a sexy gift for your significant other, this is the perfect opportunity! Otherwise my October calendar is officially full! Which reminds me… I will be having foot surgery on November 14th. Why share that info you ask? Well, my lovely lady friends, this will put me out of shooting commission for 2 weeks which means if you want a gorgeous album to gift under the tree, you will need to book your session prior to the 14th or it may not be back in time.

These are my available November dates:

Nov 8th and 10th- these are 9:30am session start times.

Sat November 12- session time is flexible.

I may be able to squeeze in a session on Sunday the 13th not sure on that one just yet. After that, my next available date is Dec 3rd. Believe it or not December will mark the start of Valentines shoots. Yes, you read that right and I am right along with you in the “Are you kidding me!” sentiments, but yes, these gorgeous sessions and albums take planning and time… but I’ll post more on that another day. Right now I want to take care of all the Christmas and Holiday, sexy gift giving so contact me asap if you want one of these available spots!

The studio is coming along thanks to my hard working husband who has been leaving work to head straight to the studio until late at night. We’ll be breaking in the space this weekend with a hot and steamy couples shoot. I am so excited, so watch for some upcoming sneak peeks!!

As some of you already know, last week I announced the date for our current Holiday Marathon on October 22nd. I had some ladies jump on that announcement and book right away, but we still have a couple spots left! Here is the basic run down of a marathon session:

Marathon sessions are now $300(I lowered the price by $50) and include the following:

-Pre-session consultation.
-Two hour session.
-One hour with hair/makeup, second hour with photographer(yours truly).
-Minimum of 20 hand retouched images presented at an in person ordering and design session.
-Covers time and talent of the photographer and use of location.
-Boutique products sold separately.
