You’ve probably seen me mention “statement necklace” a few times and maybe you are wondering what exactly I’m talking about. This is something that Danea taught me, and now I’m going to pass this wonderful knowledge on to you.
A statement necklace is something more than just a chain and a charm. It will be a piece that might be bigger than you’ve worn before, but once added to an outfit it can change the whole look. It can help to make a dress “dressier”, or it can help transform your look from day to night.
There are many online shops you can find statement pieces at. Some of my favorites are Francesca’s (they have their own category for statement necklaces!), and Kohl’s. We all know Kohl’s is always having a sale so you can pick up some pieces at great prices. I’ve even found a few on clearance for around $6.

Of course a colored necklace can be a great choice as well.

Bridal season is happening all around us!! There are so many different options you can do for your bridal session. Many brides tend to stick with white, and while that is great, there’s nothing wrong with adding a bit of color if that is more your style.
The blues in this picture are beautiful and say “Bridal” just as well as white.

Many brides choose to give their Groom an album as his gift before the wedding. Just think of the twinkle in his eye as you are walking down the aisle to him, and the even bigger twinkle in his eye later that night when you show him what is under your dress.
