The Sexy Side Of Glamour | San Jose Boudoir Photography

Last month I talked about wanting to bring glamour back. After many conversations with women who said they would love to do a shoot that would make them feel gorgeous and sexy but they just weren’t comfortable with the idea of being photographed in their skivvies. Well, last week I photographed the beautiful Miss A who wanted just that. Granted she did bring a pretty little chemise that she slipped into later in the shoot(see previous post)… as I have said before, I have the natural gift of making women want to take their clothes off. 😉 Good thing I use my power for good, and not for evil. Bwahahaha.

Today I want to share some of the images from her shoot. They are fun, playful, gorgeous and… SEXY! It just goes to show that sexy is an emotion, not just a look, and you can rock sexy no matter what you have on. As the session progressed, she starts to tease a little, but notice that she really isn’t showing much skin. I love that these images show a beautiful woman in a sexy and classy way. I want to thank the wonderful Miss A for allowing me to share her fabulous images with you. You were fantastic and I had so much fun photographing you!

San Jose Boudoir Photographer | The Studio- It’s All Mine!

It’s been a whirlwind of a week and as some of you may already know, I found a place! Every time I think about it I get butterflies. Actually, I believe it may be a whole flock of butterflies. Do butterflies flock? Certainly it wouldn’t be a herd of butterflies? Maybe a swarm, butÂ a swarm of butterflies sounds menacing and I picture greaser like butterflies with switch blades and leather jackets coming at me. Wait, a kaleidoscope. Yes, a kaleidoscope of butterflies(that sounds pretty), flutter around in my tummy. At least 103 I believe.Â That’s a LOT of butterflies, but I digress… I cannot believe this has all happened so fast and out of the blue, but the perfect little gem presented itself to me and it was an opportunity that I couldn’t pass up. I have been in a frenzy trying to find items to furnish this space and so far so good. I get the keys Oct 1st and will need to do some quick designing and arranging for my first client shoot later that week. *Eek* I am so excited, words cannot express it! Here’s a little peek- furniture in the pictures belongs to the current tenant but I am crossing my fingers that the couch will stay. 😉

It’s small, but lovely and has so much potential. â™¥

San Jose Boudoir Photography: Trench Coat + Hotel = HOT!

Wow, we sure had some fun this weekend in a local hotel. The ever so lovely Miss H and I got a little cheeky and snapped a few shots on our hotel floor’s common area. We were like giddy teenagers- but with an undercover spy twist as we stood covert while the laundry boy pushed a cart of freshly laundered towels to one of the house keepers down the hall. “Is he gone yet?” I whispered, my back towards him. “Not yet.” she said. We waited until we heard the elevator ding before we scurried to the elevator foyer. Sleek modern chairs and large windows made for a great spot to capture a few sexy shots of the gorgeous Miss H. Although we jumped and giggled every time the elevator would ding- which was loud no matter what floor it was at, it never actually came back to our floor in the 3 minute time spam we shots off some quick shots. It was fun in a naughty sort of way. The good news is- mission completed- as you will now see!

As I mentioned two posts ago with a little sneak peek, I have added a new set up to add variety to my sessions. I got to test this out on the beautiful Miss P, who sent me some kind words(read below).

I can’t say it enough, I feel so comfortable in your presence wearing little to nothing at times! The thought that kept circulating my mindÂ the whole time was, “This photographer is going to make me look amazing” and well, you did! Your humor and encouraging compliments helped bring out the Sexy Mama in me (after two kids this can be especially hard!). The images came out so beautifully, enough for my husband to “accidentally” show off at work (only a couple pictures mind you….). Anyways, I have spread the word to all my girlfriends, hoping that they too will sign up for some “Star Treatment” 🙂

San Jose Boudoir Photography: Variety & Boudoir- the spice of life.

A few weeks ago I began an online boudoir workshop. The amazing Christa Meola has been inspiring me since before this began but holy cow, it’s just keeps getting better and better! Last week I got to try out a new setup using my softbox light(only used once before during a marathon session), a gray backdrop(so fun to use), a fan and of course- a gorgeous lady.

I am so exciting to start incorporating this setup into my sessions. It’s going to be amazing ladies! It will give some awesome variety to your images and location. It’s fabulous for head shots and we will totally rock some good old fashion flirty fun!

Santa Clara Boudoir Photographer: Sexy Miss G

July 23rd is our next ’58 Studebaker Mini Marathon

2.5 weeks left to book your amazing car shoot session. 1 hour makeup and one hour session. We still have spots available so don’t wait! The last vintage car marathon session was so much fun and I’ll be showing some of my favorite images of each girl over the next week or so. Hot ladies + a fabulous car = one very sexy photo shoot!

As always, I only show images from sessions if given permission via a signed release. I NEVER share images without signed permission, so please don’t worry about having your images appearing on my blog as that will never happen without your knowledge. Want your session to be private and remain private? No problem!

When you look this good…

Although you have seen snippets of the gorgeous Miss G, I wanted to share more from her amazing session. She was so fun and bubbly and we giggled the whole time. I will admit her black corset with the pink frilly panties were my favorite images from her session and I loved the pin-up style dress at the end. Miss G you were a pleasure to work with and I hope we get to do it again in the future!
