So, eyes are the windows to our soul right?! And those brows are the frames to that pretty face. Today we talk about brow basics. How many times do we see a beautiful face or great makeup and see some questionable brows? Sometimes we might not know where a brow should start. Where does the arch go? How long should the brow be? Well I’m here to help you out with that!
Let’s start with some basic TIPS. A nice, fuller brow will always give us a more youthful look. Let’s think back to our early years before the tweezing began lol. Â An overly arched brow will give you that evil queen look, we definitely DON’T want that! The biggest brow NO NO as a professional makeup artist are those spaced out brows; when they are over tweezed in the center, making the brows and eyes look too far apart.
Here’s a handy little grid to show you how a brow should frame the eye. Take an eye shadow brush and hold it against your eye to follow the grid lines of where to start the brow, where the arch goes, and where it should end. Pretty easy once you follow this!!! Fill in with pencil or powder and work on letting those brows grow in where necessary!
