Fashion Friday | Santa Clara Boudoir Photographer

When looking through Polyvore this week for my inspiration, I couldn’t help but notice all the posts about a wool coat. Have you seen these? They look so warm and cozy; great for the chilly fall days and cooler winter days. What I really like is how versatile they are, and how they apparently come in a variety of colors.

This green coat is so beautiful. The color is so light and screams Spring, which can help pull you through the upcoming dark winter days. It looks stunning paired with black trousers.

This dark maroon coat compliments the soft pink of this dress very nicely, and I love the black booties paired with it.

Another way to wear a colored wool coat is casually, maybe for a calm evening out. The yellow of this coat looks great with the chosen leopard boots. You could even pair with a pair of leopard pumps!

However you would wear your colored wool coat, don’t forget to accessorize properly! The perfect pair of earrings or necklace can make your outfit, and that is no different when wearing a beautiful coat.

Fashion Friday | Sunnyvale Bay Area Boudoir Photographer

Halloween is in one week! I know so many people that go to, or host, a Halloween party. It can be hard to come up with a costume that is an original idea, and also not on the revealing side (unless you want it to be!).

Browsing through I saw quite a few good ideas making me wish I had done this post last night instead of after my shopping excursion this morning.

Some cute ideas I saw that would be easy to do on your own are things like different animal costumes, Disney princesses or a villain.

This “Sean the Sheep” costume is adorable!

Tushy Tuesday | San Jose Bay Area Specialized Boudoir Studio

Happy Tushy Tuesday!

It’s quite often the only image(s) from a session that clients allow me to share. The vast majority of my clients are very private and I completely respect that, so I am always thankful to have tushy shots when I can’t share the rest!

Here’s today lovey tush, sporting some absolutely adorable panties(was a whole set) from Besos Lingerie in downtown Los Gatos. If you haven’t been there you really should go! They carry such beatiful item AND your every day necessity bras! I love the lace, sheer and black ribbon details of these– SO pretty!!!

Confessions of a Boudoir Photographer

I love hoodies and I don’t mean “like”, I mean LOVE! If the weather is cool and I am at home you will 9 times out of 10, find me in an over sized pullover hoodie(I don’t like zippers). I may even own a few XL, because I love them big, loose and cozy! I recently started buying plain colored ones instead of touristy ones to feel more “dressed up”. LOL. I have even debated having a Boudoir Coterie hoodie made.

Unfortunately though, I can relate to this:
